碳二馏分加氢催化剂PEC-261的性能评价

摘    要:对碳二后加氢催化剂PEC-261,根据单段和两段加氢工艺,在乙炔体积分数为0.60%~1.50%,体积空速为3 000 h-1的工况下,于工业侧线评价装置中进行长周期性能评价。结果表明:高体积分数CO物料的碳二加氢,其乙烯选择性最低为70%,明显高于常规单段碳二加氢的选择性(-20%);采用两段加氢,可达到较长运行周期和较高选择性的双重效果;单段加氢运行期间反应器出口乙炔体积分数低于2×10-6,乙烯总选择性达到90%以上,1 000 h长周期运行期间,反应器入口温度仅提高5℃,达到工业装置要求;在原料中有高体积分数CO时,PEC-261催化剂可以满足长周期运行的要求。

Abstract:Under the condition with the acetylene volume fraction of 0.60%-1.50% and the space velocity of 3 000 h-1, the long-period performance evaluation based on the single-stage and two-stage hydrogenation process on the industrial siding evaluation device was carried out on PEC-261, a tail-end C2 hydrogenation catalyst. The results showed that during the C2 hydrogenation with high CO volume fraction, the lowest selectivity of ethylene was 70%, which was much higher than that of conventional single-stage C2 hydrogenation (-20%). The long operation period and high selectivity could be achieved by two-stage hydrogenation. During the operation of single-stage C2 hydrogenation, the volume fraction of acetylene at the outlet of the reactor was less than 2×10-6, and the overall selectivity of ethylene was more than 90%. During the 1 000 h long-period operation, the inlet temperature of the reactor increased only 5 ℃,which met the requirements of industrial plant. The PEC-261 catalyst could meet the requirements of long-term operation when there was high CO volume fraction in the feed stock.
