硼对奥氏体不锈钢高温氧化性能的作用机理

摘    要:采用氧化增重法研究了B对0Cr25Ni20B钢的高温抗氧化性能的影响,通过透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析和X射线衍射等方法分析了0Cr25Ni20B钢高温氧化膜的形貌、组成结构及元素分布等,揭示了B对其高温氧化性能的作用机理。结果表明,在高温氧化过程中,加入0.4%的B可以促使耐热钢板材表面形成致密的氧化物薄膜,形成的硼酸盐(Fe3BO6)能够抑制氧化行为的深入发展,对材料的抗高温氧化性能有增益作用。

Abstract:The effect of B on the high temperature oxidation resistance of 0Cr25Ni20B was studied by oxidation weight gain method. The morphology,composition and element distribution of the high temperature oxidation film of 0Cr25Ni20B was analyzed by TEM,SEM,EDS and XRD,and the mechanism of B on its high temperature oxidation resistance was revealed. The results show that the addition of 0.4% B can promote the formation of dense oxide film on the surface of heat- resistant steel plate,and the formation of borate (Fe3BO6)can inhibit the further development of oxidation behavior,there- by improving the high temperature oxidation performance of the material.
