摘    要:在发达国家,耐候钢桥的应用体系较为完善,我国虽已具备了规模化生产耐候桥梁钢的技术基础,但尚未形成完善的适用于不同区域气候环境的耐候桥梁钢应用指南。在此背景下,以沙溪大桥建设为契机,从环境适用性评价、钢种筛选、腐蚀寿命预测、筛选钢种力学性能以及焊接性能评价等多方面对耐候桥梁钢的工程实践应用行为进行了研究,以推动耐候钢在桥梁上的应用。

Abstract:In developed countries, the application system of weathering steel bridges is relatively complete. Although our country has the technical basis for large-scale production of weathering bridge steel, it has not yet formed a complete application guide for weathering bridge steel suitable for different regional climate enrironment. In this background, the construction of Shaxi Bridge was taken as an opportunity to study engineering practice application behaviors of weathering bridge steel from various aspects such as environmental applicability evaluation, steel type selection, corrosion life prediction, selection of steel type mechanical properties, and welding performance evaluation to promoting the application of weathering steel on bridges.
