催化裂解装置回炼苯乙烯焦油

摘    要:为利用催化裂解装置回炼苯乙烯焦油,对苯乙烯焦油进行了组成分析、热反应行为评价及催化裂解性能测试,并对催化裂解装置回炼苯乙烯焦油的可行性进行了安全性和经济性分析。结果表明:苯乙烯焦油的组分多为芳环带侧链或芳环间有烷基链相连的结构;苯乙烯焦油由流化催化裂解中试装置提升管底部进料回炼时,大部分转化为小于280℃的组分,少部分转变为焦炭,转化率可达68%;苯乙烯焦油催化裂解转化的轻油组分中99%以上为芳烃;苯乙烯焦油、催化油浆以及二者混合物发生裂化反应的温度为380~390℃,回炼时,只要物料进入提升管时温度低于380℃就是安全的,不会发生高温管路结焦问题。

Abstract:In order to utilize the deep catalytic cracking unit to recycle styrene tar, experiments such as composition analysis, thermal reaction behavior evaluation, and catalytic cracking performance tests of styrene tar were carried out. Feasibility analysis of the safety and economic of the deep catalytic cracking unit for styrene tar recycling was carried out. The results showed that the components of styrene tar were mostly aromatic rings with side chains or alkyl chains connected between aromatic rings. When the styrene tar was fed from the bottom of the riser of the fluidized catalytic cracking pilot plant, most of it could be converted into components less than 280 ℃, and a small part of it could be converted into coke. The conversion rate could reach 68%, and more than 99% of the light oil components converted from styrene tar were aromatic hydrocarbons. The cracking reaction temperature of styrene tar, catalytic slurry oil and the mixture of them was 380-390 ℃. During recycling, it was safe as long as the temperature of the material was lower than 380 ℃ when it was fed into the riser, and there would be no coking problem in the high-temperature pipeline.
