摘    要:合理规划城市地下空间是确保其高质量发展的关键。近年来,随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术与实体经济的深度融合,城市地下空间正在走向“智慧化”,但针对城市地下空间智慧规划的研究还较少。文献数据分析发现,我国城市地下空间智慧规划领域起步晚、发展慢,亟需进一步研究。笔者总结了国内外现有的研究内容,将城市地下空间智慧规划所需的技术分为基础技术和智慧规划技术。基础技术包括辅助规划系统架构、数据管理、建模仿真、资源评价、规模预测、协同规划技术,智慧规划技术包括动态模拟、智能交互、CIM平台技术,分别梳理了各类技术的研究现状。最后分析了现有研究中存在的问题,提出了未来该领域可能的发展方向。

Abstract:Rational planning of urban underground space(UUS) is critical for ensuring its high quality. In recent years, with the development of big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence(AI), as well as their deep integration with the real economy, UUS is moving towards “smart” while there have been few investigations that focused on UUS smart planning. This paper analyzes relevant domestic and foreign literature data and summarizes the research content to make the UUS smart planning field's development status understood. Literature analytical results reveal that UUS smart planning in China shows a late start and slow development, and further research is needed. The technologies needed by UUS smart planning are classified into basic technologies and smart planning technologies. The primary technologies consist of auxiliary planning system architecture, data management technology, modeling and simulation technology, resource evaluation technology, scale prediction technology, and collaborative planning technology. The smart planning technologies consist of dynamic simulation technology, intelligent interaction technology, and CIM platform technology. The research status of these technologies is separately stated. Last but not least, the paper sets forth a list of gaps derived from the in-depth review and comes up with the prospective works. On this basis, four main conclusions of UUS smart planning studies are put forward, including(1) UUS smart planning is an emerging field, whose relevant research is in its infancy;(2) The technology required for UUS smart planning includes basic technologies and smart planning technologies. The former has been widely used, while the latter has not been genuinely applied in UUS;(3) Special plans, high-level informationization and digital basis, and perfect regulation and management systems of UUS, are required by UUS smart planning;(4) Considering the immature AI, “man-machine intelligence” could be the goal of UUS smart planning. It is envisioned that this research's outcomes provide a reference for both researchers and urban planners to state-of-the-art UUS smart planning studies and applications.
