GFRP筋纤维混凝土黏结滑移性能试验研究

摘    要:与传统钢筋相比,GFRP(glass fiber reinforced polymer)筋与混凝土之间的协同作用相对较差。为充分发挥GFRP筋力学性能,通过在水泥基材料中掺入纤维,以提升混凝土的抗裂性和韧性,从而改善GFRP筋与混凝土的黏结性能。开展FRP筋-纤维混凝土拉拔试验,通过FRP筋-混凝土拉拔试验对比,分析掺入不同纤维种类与含量的混凝土对GFRP筋的黏结性能提升情况;分析FRP筋黏结长度、混凝土中纤维含量比例对黏结 滑移性能的影响;分析相应破坏形式,确定混凝土最佳纤维含量比例,获得聚丙烯纤维混凝土和玻璃纤维混凝土与GFRP筋的黏结应力沿着筋体表面的分布。明确GFRP筋拉拔受力全过程,明确GFRP筋纤维混凝土的黏结滑移机理。

Abstract:Compared with traditional steel reinforcement, the synergy between GFRP (glass fiber reinforced polymer) reinforcement and concrete is relatively worse. In order to fully use the mechanical properties of GFRP-reinforcement, fibers were added into the concrete to improve the crack resistance and toughness, and improve the bonding performance between GFRP-bars and concrete, correspondingly. Pull-out tests of FRP-bars and fiber reinforced concrete were carried out. The improvement of bonding performance between GFRP bars and concrete with different fiber types and volume was analyzed. The effect of bonding length of FRP bars and fiber volume ratio in concrete on bond-slip performance was studied. The corresponding failure modes were investigated, and the optimal fiber volume ratio of concrete was determined. The distribution of bonding stress between polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and glass fiber reinforced concrete and GFRP bar were obtained. The mechanical behavior of pulling-out process and the bond-slip performance of GFRP bar reinforced concrete with fiber, were clarified.
