薄壁注塑聚丙烯LH 7300-65的开发与应用

摘    要:在中国石油广西石化公司20万kt/a的Unipol气相工艺聚丙烯生产装置上,通过生产工艺调整和助剂配方优化,选用新型高效催化剂(牌号为C 702)及配套外给电子体,加入专用成核剂(牌号为NUC-900),采用氢调法开发出薄壁注塑聚丙烯新产品(牌号为LH 7300-65)。结果表明:LH 7300-65产品熔体流动速率为7.5 g/min,弯曲模量达到2000 MPa,冲击强度大于1.0 kJ/m^(2),黄色指数为-6.7;C 702具有较好的活性,降低了产品的灰分,制品具有良好的光学性能,低黄变且透明性增强,催化剂属于非邻苯二甲酸酯系列,不含塑化剂,符合食品接触法规,满足加工使用需求;采用NUC-900作为增刚剂,制品刚性增强效果明显,同时,产品横、纵向收缩基本一致,避免产品出现翘曲的现象。

Abstract:In the 200 kt/a Unipol polypropylene production unit in the gas phase of Guangxi Petrochemical Company of PetroChina, through the adjustment of the production process and the optimization of the formulation of additives, a new type of high-efficiency catalyst (C 702) and supporting external electron donors were selected, and special nucleating agents (NUC-900) were added. A new thin-walled injection-molded polypropylene product LH 7300-65 was developed using the hydrogen adjustment method. The results showed that the melt flow rate of the product LH 7300-65 was 7.5 g/min, and the flexural modulus reached 2 000 MPa. The impact strength was greater than 1.0 kJ/m2, and the yellowness index was -6.7. C 702 had good activity and reduced the ash content of the product. The finished product had good optical properties, low yellowing, and was more beautiful and translucent. The catalyst belonged to the non-phthalate series, and did not contain plasticizers. The catalyst met food contact regulations and the needs of processing and use. NUC-900 was used as the stiffening agent, and the rigidity of the product was obvious. Meanwhile, the horizontal and vertical shrinkage of the product was basically the same, which avoided the warping of the product.
