| 摘 要： | 分析了烟草定量喂料机出现喂料断流的原因,并对此进行了技术改进:①增大定量喂料机的驱动功率;②改进提升带的耙齿技术;③平带增加烟草进给手动控制开关;④提高烟草状态检测的可靠性。改进后断流次数由每月12次减少为2次以下。

| Abstract: | The reasons causing the interruption of tobacco feeding in the metering tobacco feeder were analyzed, the device was improved as following: 1) increasing driving power of the feeder; 2) improving the performance of spiker of elevating belt; 3) adding a manual control switch to the horizontal belt for tobacco feeding control; 4) improving the reliability of tobacco state monitoring. After improving, the frequency of feeding interruption decreased from 12/month to <2/month. |
