高耸钢结构节点试验方法研究

摘    要:随着高耸结构功能的增多、高度的增加和体型的变化多样等多方面的快速发展,结构的连接形式也变化多样,受力复杂。为了解新的节点形式的受力性能,除进行缜密的理论分析外,也需进行大量试验的验证。由于节点庞大、受力复杂,使得节点试验难度较大、危险性高。本文根据对已进行的部分大型高耸钢结构节点试验的调研、总结,提出了在试验设计阶段应注意的关键步骤,希望对日后相关试验起到一定参考作用。

Abstract:With the rapid development in the function,height,and type of high-rising structures,the type and load of joints become more and more complex,in order to find out the stress of steel joints,the joint test is as necessary as FEM analysis.But the test of steel space joint is difficult and dangerous in laboratory,so based on the research about some tower and master joint tests,the causation of failure in tests is analyzed,and some suggestions for test design are put forward.
