摘    要:根据现场工艺流程搭建Aspen模拟计算模型,将企业提供的工艺相关参数和日常运行工况等数据输入仿真模型内,获取该工况下的多相流的物性参数,从而预测换热器区域发生的腐蚀失效情况,该模型主要预测HCl引起的露点腐蚀和NH4Cl引起的结晶沉积。借助传热计算软件HTRI,构建换热器热力学模型,将数据导入后得到管程、壳程、壁面层的温度分布,进而判定换热器失效位置为距管程进口约1.55 m后的范围。为了减缓腐蚀和保证装置安全长周期运行,提出了改善工艺操作和配管平衡方案等措施。

Abstract:Aspen was used to build the calculation model based on the field process flow,and then the parameters and daily operating data were put into the simulation model to obtain the physical parameters of multiphase flow under certain working condition,so as to forecast the corrosion failure of the heat exchanger areas.The dew point corrosion caused by HCl and the crystallization deposition induced by NH4Cl were predicted.With the help of heat transfer calculation software HTRI,thermodynamic model of the heat exchanger was set up.After importing the previous data,temperature distribution of the tube side,shell side and wall layer was obtained,and then it was determined the failure position of the heat exchanger was about 1.55 m away from the tube side inlet.In order to slow down the corrosion as well as ensure the safe and long-term operation of the unit,measures such as improving process operation and piping balance were put forward.
