Abstract:The influence of ink drop volume,layer thickness,resolution and powder mesh number on the tensile strength,flexural strength and dimensional accuracy of industrial-grade gypsum 3D printing models were studied through orthogonal experiments.The best gypsum 3D printing process parameters was determined:ink droplet volume 65 pL,layer thickness 0.15 mm,resolution 0.06 mm,powder mesh number 150,powder spreading shaft speed 100 m/s,inkjet frequency 8000 Hz,negative pressure 31 MPa,vibration motor frequency 108 r.According to this parameter,the 3D printing model not only had a high strength,which was good for the post-processing of powder cleaning,not easy to break,and good for transportation,but also had high dimensional accuracy and smooth surface quality,which could fully demonstrate the advantages of gypsum printing.
