顺北五号联地面工程标准化设计实践

顺北五号联合站以“六个统一”为核心实施联合站标准化设计。在工艺设计方面,建立并定型了适用于顺北区块地面油气处理站场的工艺标准化模式,形成了7种标准化工艺流程;在站场设计方面,运用SP 3D三维设计软件完成了模块化的站场设计,形成了15个标准化功能单元,22套橇装一体化集成装置;在设备选型方面,最大限度采用橇装化设备,对于非标设备,统一设备规格及选型,形成了塔器、容器等43类系列化设计成果,构建了一套工艺、设备标准化定型图库;在平面布局方面,采用“油预留、气列装”优化设计理念,站场面积由23.53×10⁴ m²优化为18.20×10⁴ m²,减少22.65%;在视觉形象方面,依据功能单元及规模,形成了5类标准化建筑外观以及11种典型的功能处理平面布置。通过标准化设计,联合站施工质量和效率得到显著提高,工程投资得到有效控制。

Practice of Ground Engineering Standardization Design of Shunbei No.5 Joint Station

Shunbei No.5 joint station takes"six unifications"as the core to implement the standardized design of the joint station.In terms of process design,the process standardization mode applicable to surface oil and gas treatment stations in Shunbei block has been established and finalized,7 kinds of standardized process flows have been formed.In terms of station design,SP 3D design software is used to complete the modular design of station,15 standardized functional units,and 22 sets of skidmounted integrated devices are formed.In terms of equipment selection,the use of skid-mounted equipment is maximized,equipment specifications and selections for non-standard equipment are unified,43 series of design results of tower and container are formed,and a set of process and equipment standardized finalization drawing library is constructed.In terms of plane layout,the optimized design concept of"oil reservation and gas train installation"is adopted,and the station area is optimized from 23.53×10⁴ m² to 18.20×10⁴ m²,reducing by 22.65%.In terms of visual image,according to the functional unit and scale,5 types of standardized building appearance and 11 typical function treatment plane layouts are formed.Through the standardized design,the construction quality and efficiency of the joint station have been significantly improved,and the project investment has been effectively controlled.
