摘    要:研究了煤系高岭土的表面改性及其对橡胶的补强作用。发现活化指数不能有效地反映、预测表面改性效果及补强效果,红外光谱分析显示改性煤系高岭土表面与有机偶联剂分子形成了化学键。经过不同表面改性工艺处理的各种改性煤系高岭土,对橡胶制品的补强效果不同。

Abstract:The surface modification of kaolin in coal measures and its bolstering up rubberhave been studied in this paper. It has been revealed that the activation index can noteffectively reflect and predict the surface modification effect of kaolin and its bolstering up rubber. The result of IR reveals that chemical bonds have been formed between the coupling agent and the surface of kaolin in coal measures. When processed through different surface modification technology, the modified kaolin in coal measures has different effect in bolstering up various rubber.
