摘    要:采用消失模铸造工艺制备Gr/Al复合材料,对该复合材料进行了磨损性能试验。通过对石墨颗粒进行活化或镀铜处理,并加入活性元素镁,改善了铝液与石墨之间的浸润性,提高了石墨收得率。结果表明,该工艺所制得的复合材料中石墨分布均匀、界面结合较紧密。最后对该复合材料的成形机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:The Aluminium-graphite composites were prepared with lost foam casting,and the friction and wear test of Gr-/Al composites were made. The wettability between the aluminium alloy melt and graphite particles was improved by activating the graphite particles, coating copper and adding surface active Mg. The results show that the graphite in the G/Al composites prepared by the process is distributed uniformly and the interfacial bond is compact. Finally, the forming mechanism of G/Al composites is discussed.
