| 摘 要： | 针对国内现有螺杆钻具试验台存在的问题 ,加以改进和提高 ,研制了LST— 10型自定心式螺杆钻具试验台。试验台由试验台主机、液压系统、流量自动调节系统、自动加载系统、计算机数据采集系统、仪器仪表系统和水路循环系统等 7部分组成 ,其中试验台主机包括测功制动系统、联接排水器、卡持推送装置及适偏夹持器。 2 0 0 1年以来的使用表明 ,试验台不仅能完全满足各种钻具试验要求 ,而且试验中能实现自动卡紧 ,自动对中 ,操作轻便 ,自动化程度高。

| Abstract: | In the light of the problems with the existing screw drill test table, a new test table, Model LST-10 self-centering screw drill test table, is developed. The new test table is comprised of main testing system, hydraulic system, automatic flow-regulating system, automatic loading system, data-acquisition system, instrument and gauge system and water circulating system.The operating principle of the test table is expounded. Application shows that the test table can satisfy the requirments for drilling tool test with high automatization and convenient operation. |
