| Abstract: | The hypothesized enterprise is a kind of new organization form,which has the information efficiency superiority that traditional enterprise is incomparable with.However,there is little fundamental research that concerns this aspect at present.Hypothesized enterprise's theory originated from the information efficiency superiority in hypothesized enterprise is discussed.It is attempted to provide another kind of theory angle of view for the research of hypothesized enterprise. |
