摘    要:在ARM嵌入式硬件与Linux操作系统下,研究了电动汽车充电技术,提出了一种电动汽车与电网互动的有序充电控制方法,目的是减少大量电动汽车充电时对电网的负荷冲击,提高电网电能质量.该控制方式减少了电动汽车充电时间,增强了电网稳定性,并在电池允许的范围内提高了电池充电速率.采用整合封包无线服务(GPRS)技术建立电动汽车充电系统与电网的互动通信,提出了6种充电模式,来实现智能有序充电.

Abstract:This paper focus on the research of electrical vehicle charging technology.Based on ARM-Linux platform an interactive charging strategy between Electric Vehicles(EVs) and Power grids is proposed to reduce the main grid load when charing and improve the quality of the power system.This strategy minimizes charging time in Electric Vehicles,enhances the stability of grid,and sets the optimal battery charging rate within the electrical limits of the battery.In this paper,wireless communication network based on General Packet Radio Service(GPRS) technology is established and six modes of charging method are put up in order to implement the smart charging.
