| 摘 要： | 论述了现行消防监督机制不适应市场经济的诸多表现 ,对消防监督机制能否引入市场机制的问题进行了探索 ,提出了在新形势下应建立一种新的消防安全评价体系 ,并对如何实施提出了一些建设性的意见。
