聚(丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺)高吸水剂的合成及其结构与性能的研究

摘    要:采用反相悬浮法合成了具不同交联度的聚(丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺)[P(AA-AM)]高吸水剂.采用FT-IR、DSC、TGA以及吸水性能测试等手段对合成的P(AA-AM)进行了表征.研究了聚合过程中的反应条件,如交联度、中和度、温度、单体配比等对吸收性能的影响.探讨了吸收介质环境,如离子强度、盐种类、温度等对吸收性能的影响规律,从理论上了解释了结构与性能的关系.结果表明本实验合成的树脂具有优良的保水性能.

Abstract:P(AA-AM) was synthesized by means of inverse suspension polymerization,which were characterized by FT-IR,DSC,TGA and absorbency measurement.The influences of reactive conditions such as crosslinking degree,neutral degree,temperature and monomer proportion to the absorbency were investigated. Furthermore the environmental influences such as ionic strength,type of the salt and temperature were studied,and the relationship between structure and properties were also discussed.Results show the resin had good water retainability.
