配置法计算催化剂的效率因子

摘    要:较详细地讨论了试验函数形式,配置点位置、配置点数量对效率因子计算结果的影响,并以球形催化剂为例计算了 n=0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5级等温不可逆反应的效率因子。与经典的数值方法比较,配置法在效率因子常用范围内误差很小,该法算法简单、计算速度较快,可以作为工程上计算催化剂效率因子的实用方法。

Abstract:The influnce of trial function,collocation points' position and number of collocaton points upon calculating results are discussed in a moredetailed way.And,spherical catalyst taken as an example,its effectiveness factors are calculated under conditions of isothermal irreversi-ble reactions with n=0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5 orders.In comparison withclassical numerical method,collocation method has few errors with theusual scope of effectiveness factors.The calculation of the methodis simple,and its sqeed is faster.It may become an effective methodfor calculating catalyst's effectiveness factors in project.
