| 摘 要： | 随着现代微波混合集成电路向着高性能、高可靠性、小型化、高均一性方向的发展,对合金贴装工艺也提出了越来越高的要求.对合金贴装的要求进行了一些介绍,对合金贴装工艺中的常见问题进行了探讨,分析了其产生的原因,提出了解决的办法.
