松散煤体中氧气输运过程的理论分析

摘    要:根据煤氧作用低温自燃理论,分析了氧气在松散煤体中的运动形式,探讨了各种运动形式的控制方程,对氧气在松散煤体中的输运规律进行了研究。结果表明,氧气在松散煤体中主要通过流动空气的携带和自身的扩散来输运。在忽略Soret效应、假定煤体为各向同性的均匀多孔介质等简化条件下,推导出氧气在煤矿井下松散煤体中输运过程的数学模型。对进一步完善煤炭自燃理论、提高矿井自燃灾害防治能力具有重要作用。

Abstract:The process and law of oxygen transportation in loose coal, which influence the development of spontaneous combustion of the loose coal, was studied in this paper. Based on the theory of low temperature spontaneous combustion by interaction of coal and oxygen, the move types of oxygen in loose coal were analyzed and the controlling equations of oxygen transport action in loose coal were deduced. It is found that the controlling transport types of oxygen in loose coal comprise mainly air leakage carrying and oxygen diffusion. Mathematical model describing the process of oxygen transporting in loose coal was derived in the case of considering some simplified conditions, such as ignoring Soret effect, regarding loose coal as isotropous and well proportioned media and so on. This investigation plays an important role in further perfecting self combustion theory of coal and enhancing the ability of coal mine against self fire.
