| 摘 要： | 高效浓缩型精练剂HS-200conc为阴/非离子复合物,具有高耐碱性能.通过试验其耐碱稳定性和耐碱渗透性,并考察了其用量对煮练和轧蒸效果的影响,结果表明,精练剂HS-200conc具有优良的耐碱稳定性和耐碱渗透性,根据不同工艺,当其用量分别为0.3g/L(煮练)和3.0g/L(轧蒸)时,可获得良好的精练效果,织物毛效和白度较高.

| Abstract: | The high efficient and concentrated scouring agent HS-200conc was anionic/non-ionic compounds and high alkali re-sistance. The influence of the amount of HS-200conc in scouring and pad-steam process was also studied. The results show that HS-200conc has excellent stability and penetrating property to alkali, good scouring effect, higher capillary effect and whiteness of the fabric, with HS-200conc 0.3 g/L in scouring and 3.0 g/L in pad-steaming processes according to different process. |
