摘    要:以氧化亚锡和钛酸四丁酯的混合物为催化剂,用正交设计法考察了酯化温度、醇酐比、反应时间及催化剂用量等因素对合成邻苯二甲酸810酯反应的影响。结果表明:在230℃,醇酐比为2.5,反应时间3h,催化剂用量为4‰苯酐的条件下,邻苯二甲酸810酯的酯化率平均可达98.7%。

Abstract:A method for synthesis of phthalic acid C_8~C_(10) ester based on the mixture of stannous oxide and tetrabutyl titanate as catalyst was developed.The influence factors of temperature, mole ratio of alcohol to acid, reaction time and catalyst weight were examined through orthogonal experiments. The best condition are as follows: temperature is 230℃,mole ratio is 2.5,weight of catalyst is 4‰ phthalic anhydride,reaction time is 3.0 h,under the optimum condition,the yield may reach 98.7%.
