昆布用于保健食品的药理研究

摘    要:昆布是一种保健价值很高的海洋生物,是卫生部规定的既可做药物,也可作为食品的原料.本文概述了近几年昆布可用于申报保健食品功能的增强免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、降血压、抗氧化、缓解体力疲劳,提高缺氧耐受力、对辐射危害有辅助保护、对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护作用等方面的药理研究.

Abstract:Kelp is a kind of marine life ,which has great value for health care .And it is also defined material of drug as well as food by Department of Health .In this paper, a short systematical review about Kelp's pharmacologic activity that Kelp can be used for health food is offered .Such as strengthen immunity, regulate the level of lipids in serum,antidiabetic,antioxidation, relieve physical fatigue and so on.
