| Abstract: | In light of the causes of talent loss,the author analyzes the countermeasures to retain talents,and points out that enterprise should set up the thought of "human-oriented management",reform traditional personnel employing concept,probe into modern employing mechanism,and strengthen the development and utilization of human resources,in order to culture more talents for the development of enterprise and to make contributions for enterprise to retain talents. |
