| 摘 要： | 高校党的建设和大学生思想政治教育协同一体化建设,是基于大学生思想政治教育在高校党建中的重要地位,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要途径及必然要求.应用协同理论探讨了高校党的建设与大学生思想政治教育的差异性和同一性,分析了两者协同现状和特点,提出了两者协同的有效途径,通过发挥系统各要素的功能,有利于高校党建与大学生思想政治教育形成良性互动,优势互补.
