阀控液压振动系统振动特性理论分析和实验研究

摘    要:本文针对无卡轴旋切机振动刀架机电式振动装置的缺点,设计了一种液压振动系统,该系统振动频率和振幅可在较宽的范围内用多种方式无级调节,本文借助于线性化理论,建立了该系统的数学模型,对系统振动特性作了较为详尽的理论分析和实验研究。为液压振动系统的设计和系统性能的改善提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper describes a hydraulic vibrating system. This system is in accordance with the shortcomings of the mechanical vibration installation that cuts with the use of a vibrating machine tool. The vibration frequency and amplitude is regulated in many different ways within the wide limits and without any step. With the aid of the limear theory, the mathematical model of the system has been established. The author of the paper has carried out an exausitive theory analysics and detalied experiment study of the system, which provides the theortcal basis for designing vibrating system and improving the performance of the system.
