影响PE/EVA共混体系扭矩的试验

摘    要:对三种不同的PE/EVA共混体系在不同比例、温度、转速下,对扭矩的影响进行检查试验。结果表明:共混体系随EVA含量的升高,HDPE/EVA、LLDPA/EVA共混体系扭矩下降,而LDPE/EVA共混体系扭矩略有上升;共混体系扭矩随温度上升而下降,下降速率较小;共混体系扭矩随转速提高而上升,且上升速率逐渐变小。

Abstract:Under different propertion, temperature and rotation speed with three kinds of different PE/EVA blending system to check andtest the effectiveness to the torsion moment, the result shows that HDPE/EVA, LLDPE/EVA blending system torsion moment decreasesas EVA content increases, while LDPE/EVA blending system torsion moment increases slightly, blending system torsion moment decreases as temperature increases, but the decreasing rate is small, and blending system torsion moment increases as rotation speed increases and the increasing rate is getting small gradually.
