摘    要:针对铁路货车用L-B型组合式制动梁撑杆翼板产生早期裂纹的情况,通过分析、试验制定了对在役梁的补修措施及新造梁的处理方案.为消除由焊接工艺不当从而引发该裂纹的焊趾根部宏观和微观缺陷、焊接接头较大的残余拉应力和不利显微组织等,提出了探伤、打磨、热处理、检验相结合的在役梁补修工艺措施,给出了新造梁采用轻质卡子安全链的处理方案.

Abstract:By means of analysis and test, remedy step of in-service beam and dispose suggestions of newly-made beam was made out to solve the early crack in Flange Slab of the Brake Beam Bar of L-B Composite. In order to eliminate macro/micro welding defects which could lead to fracture in weld toe zone, residual stress and disadvantage microscopic structure caused by unsuitable welding technology, a comprehensive remedy steps was presented for in-service brake beam which includes defect detecting test, sanding, heat treating, check analysis etc. As a result, a new technical scheme is put forward to use lightweight arresting device safety chains for newly-made brake beam.
