汽轮机叶片的静动应力分析及高低周疲劳寿命估算

摘    要:提出了汽轮机叶片静应力和动应力的三维有限元计算模型,并导出了具体的有限元方程。给出了叶片材料的疲劳特性曲线和循环应力应变关系曲线。提出了叶片高低周疲寿命计算模型。最后用该模型对一个实际叶片进行了动静应力分析和寿命估算,计算结果和实际符合较好。

Abstract:In this paper a 3D finite element model on static and dynamic stress calculation of turbine blades is presented, and the finite element equation is describled. The fatigue behavior and cycle stress-strain behavior of blades material is given. The high cycle and low cycle fatigue life estimated model is developed. Finally an actul blade is analyesd,the numerical results are in agreement with the experiment data
