摘    要:介绍了一种玻璃厚度测量系统。该系统的信号检测部分采用平行极板结构电容器,将测得的信号用电容─频率变换电路转换成脉冲频率信号,然后利用光纤传输,因而系统具有高速、高精度、高抗干扰能力。

Abstract:This article introduce a system for glass-thickness measurement. The signal-acquisition part of this system adopts parallel plate capacitor, and measured signals are transformed into pulse frequency by capacitance-frequency transformation circuit, then transmitted in optical fibres, so this system has high speed, high precision and high resistance to interference.
