摘    要:根据可缩性支架原理,半圆竹背板与矿工钢梯形支架配套使用,并在矿工钢支架棚梁和棚腿铰接处焊接防滑装置,以优化矿工钢梯形支架结构。在给定初始支撑强度的前提下,加大支架的让压变形量,提高支架承载能力,大大改善了矿工钢梯形支架控制围岩的效果。

Abstract:According to the theory of yielding supporting,the authors introduces the combination of the half-circle bamboo lagging and steel trapezium-shaped support together with welding antiskid device at the structure of steel trapeziumshaped booth beam and lag winch's joining section,which optimizes the structure of the steel trapezium-shaped support.After being set state load,optimized timbering adds support yielding deformation,increases the load-carrying ability and improves the effect of controlling the surrounding rock.
