| 摘 要： | 将层次分析法应用于学员综合素质评估中,针对高校学员的特点,提出一个三层评价指标体系,建立了评估的数学模型,并通过计算确定其权系数,并以3名学员为例,得到各自的加权总分,从而可进行排序达到评价目的。该方法经过在实际中的初步应用,证明该指标体系客观、可行,可较为科学客观地评估学员综合素质,且操作简便,有较大的实用价值。

| Abstract: | The essay suggests that the AHP method should be applied to evaluate the integrated quality of the college students.A mathematic model is constructed.According to the characteristics of college students,a three-tier index system to appraise students is presented.Through a primary practical application,it is demonstrated that the index system reflects the integrated quality of students objectively.The method can evaluate the integrated quality scientificly and objectively.The operation of this method is convenient. |
