汽车空调层叠式与管带式蒸发器性能模拟分析比较

摘    要:运用数值模拟的方法,在空调工况范围内,对汽车空调层叠式蒸发器的换热和压降特性与管带式蒸发器进行模拟分析和比较。结果表明,层叠式蒸发器的传热和流动性能都优于管带式蒸发器,换热量提高15%左右,而压降却降低50%左右,并且由于层叠式蒸发器紧凑的结构特点,在较大的制冷剂流量下性能会表现的更为优越。

Abstract:The heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the automotive air-condition laminated evaporator is compared with the band-tube evaporator using numerical simulation method under A/C condition. The result shows that the capacity of the laminated evaporator is larger than the band-tube evaporator by 15 %, while the pressure drop is lower by 50 %. And because of the compact structure characteristic of the laminated evaporator, the performance of the laminated evaporator is better when the refrigerant flux is larger.
