| 摘 要： | 我国房地产时至今日已走完“盲动”和“爆发”的时代 ,现已具有相当的理性与成熟。但目前为止 ,尚无一家推出老龄社区模式。房地产开发项目模式选择尤为重要。笔者通过对市场调查分析 ,提出了开发适合老年人居住的崭新居住模式———老龄社区的构想。

| Abstract: | Since the real estate was developed , it has undergone "blind" and "breaking out" and it has provided with more reasons and ripe. It is very important foe the choose of the real estate development project. The authors have being engaged in the real estate management and development by investigating to analysis the real estate market, and the authors put forward to develop new model for the old man's district--conception "the old man's district". |
