WZ-C无料钟炉顶装料设备优化改进

摘    要:针对高炉WZ-C无料钟炉顶装料设备存在的布料器温度高、透水等问题进行了原因分析,并进行水冷、水封系统改进。对布料器旋转套筒与水冷盘改用大间隙的无接触迷宫密封减小了旋转体之间摩擦阻力,通过一系列的优化改进,保证了高炉稳定顺产,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:According to the problems of WZ-C bell-less top charging equipment such as high temperature and perviousness of distributor.The causes are analyzed.The water cooling and block system are modified.Large slot,contact-free and labyrinth seal has been used for the rotating jacket and water cold dish of distributor to reduce the friction resistance.A series of optimization and modification ensure the BF running steadily and smoothly and the good effect is obtained.
