呼和浩特新火车站预应力张弦梁施工技术

摘    要:呼和浩特新火车站无站台柱雨篷采用54m跨张弦梁结构.为加快施工进度,钢结构施工设计中将两榀张弦梁组合成一个施工单元进行张拉、起吊、滑移,并在实际施工中顺利实施.介绍两榀一体化张弦梁施工技术,包括张拉技术、张弦梁起吊、滑移方案.提出多种两榀一体化张弦梁的起吊方案,最终根据该工程特点选择最优的一种.同时,对施工过程的索力、结构变形和钢结构应力进行仿真模拟计算.
