磨削液中不同添加剂对磨削性能影响的研究

摘    要:本文采用正交试验考察了磨削液中添加剂对磨削性能的影响。通过试验得知:2010添加剂是对磨削性能有良好影响的表面活性剂;亚硝酸钠和三乙醇胺对磨削性能只带来不良效果;磺化蓖麻油钠皂能显著降低20Cr试件的表面粗糙度;亚硝酸钠和磺化蓖麻油钠皂的交互作用显著影响45~#钢的某些磨削性能指标。

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of additives containing in grinding fluids on cutting performance was analysed by using orthogonal arrange experiment. The main experimental results obtained ara as follow:2010 is a better surface active agent for inproving the cutting perf ormence. Sedium nitrite and triethanolamine both cause adverse effects to the cutting performance. Castoroil is able to reduce the surface roughness of work 20Cr significantly. The interaction between soduim and castor oil will influence some cutting performance of work 45.
