虚拟仪器技术在光学相干层析系统中的应用

摘    要:现有的光学相干层析成像实验系统体积庞大、成本较高、软件开发周期长且不易升级和维护。为了使该技术从实验室走向实际应用,将虚拟仪器技术应用到系统开发中。采用NIPCI-6110多功能采集卡完成信号发生器、同步触发和数据采集功能,系统集成度高、结构紧凑、成本降低。软件由LabVIEW7.1结合DLL技术进行开发,相对于传统的代码式软件开发,缩短了软件的开发周期,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性,便于升级和维护。虚拟仪器技术的应用为光学相干层析成像系统从实验室走向临床应用作好了技术准备。

Abstract:The existing experimental optical coherence tomography(OCT)system has a large volume and high cost.Its software based on codes needs a long development period and is difficult to upgrade and maintain.In order to use this technique in clinic application,virtual instruments technique is adopted for system construction.NI PCI-6110 multifunction DAQ board is used for signal generation,synchronous triggering and data acquisition,so this system is more compact with lower cost.The software based on NI LabVIEW7.1 combining with dynamic link library(DLL)has a friendly interface and can be easily updated and maintained.The application of virtual instruments technique provides an approach for OCT from an experimental system going to clinic application.
