Cross-cultural Management in International Construction Projects

With China playing more and more important role in the global economy, Chinese construction firms participate more deeply in world competition and undertake more international projects. This paper studies for Chinese construction firms on how to understand the culture diversity, specific content of cross-cultural management and how to implement cross-cultural management in project initially when confronting with obstacles from different countries, nations, organizations and people on the background of globalization.
