摘    要:通过计算机辅助建模和有限元数值模拟软件Dynaform对气膜片的成形工艺和坯料尺寸优化进行了分析。阐述了净料成形工艺和净料成形模具的优点,根据仿真结果分析并确定坯料尺寸,经过实际试模后进一步验证了分析结果的准确性。无底截锥形零件的净料成形工艺具有一定的实用价值,是值得推广。

Abstract:The forming technology of the pneumatic diaphragm and optimization of blank dimension were analyzed and calculated by CAD modeling and finite element numerical simulation software Dynaform. The advantages of net material shaping technique and die were described. Blank dimension ws confirmed according to the simulation result and the veracity of the analytic result was validated by trial mould. The net material forming technology of nonbottom cutting taper had certain usefule value and worth promotion.
