| 摘 要： | 以３，３′－二氯联苯胺、乙酰乙酰苯胺为原料，经重氮化、偶合反应合成了Ｃ．Ｉ．颜料黄１２。结果表明，采用物料比为３，３′－二氯联苯胺：乙酰乙酰苯胺＝１：１．０５，偶合反应中ｐＨ值变化为５．５～６．５。温度为５～８℃，产品色光最优，平均收率９５％，熔点为３１２～３１４℃。所得产品达到或接近目前国内生产厂家的标准。

| Abstract: | Using 3,3′-dichloro benzidine and acetoacetanilide as raw materials, C.I. pigment yellow 12 was synthesized by diazotization and coupled reaction. The result shows that the product with optimum surface active agent, 95% yield, and melting point 312～314℃ can be obtained under the fallowing conditions: matter ratio of 3,3′ dichloro benzidine to acetoacetanilide is 1:1.05, pH value in the coupled reaction varies from 5.5 to 6.5, reaction temperature is 5～8℃. The product obtained in this method can achieve the national standards. |
