摘    要:顶空进样快速、准确及能完整保持样品信息的优点,得到了越来越广泛的应用,AutoHS自动顶空进样器专利的技术设计、充分利用现代的电子和计算机技术,较传统的自动顶空进样器有突出的优点。在实际应用中获得了很好的结果,如测定炎琥宁中有机溶剂乙醇,丙酮,乙酸乙酯的残留得到满意的结果。相关系数R均大于0.99,相对标准偏差RSD均小于2%,相对误差均小于2%。

Abstract:AutoHS Headspace Samplers can eliminate tedious and error-producing steps required in other GC sample preparation techniques, enabling you to extract more information from your samples in less time. The intuitive touch screen graphical user interface provides easy control of the sampler. A patent device with dynamic and static function extended the range of the headspace technology application. The article introduces AutoHS headspace sampling coupled with capillary GC as well. It describles the method for detection of organics residue ethanol, acetone, acetic ether in Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate. The results obtained are summarized in Table 1 to 4. They are very good. All of the correlation coefficient R is larger than 0.99 and the relative error is less than 2%. All of the %RSD are better than 2%.
