Abstract:In combination with the reform project of the local control units (LCUs) at Geheyan Hydropower Plant, according to the authors' experiences in the development of computer monitoring and control systems, this paper discusses the structure characteristics, technology courses and realization methods of the LCUs of computer monitoring and control system.
