| 摘 要： | 建立超高效液相色谱-电喷雾飞行时间串联质谱（UPLC-ESI -TOF MS/MS）分析太子参中环肽类成分的方法。实验采用反相C18色谱柱，梯度洗脱，分离并检测太子参中11种环肽类成分。通过信息关联采集（IDA）模式，运用动态背景扣除(DBS)，消除背景离子干扰，在获得11种环肽类成分MS/MS图谱的同时，也得到其精确的分子质量信息。

| Abstract: | The cyclic peptides inPseudostellariae Radix were analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization time-of-flight-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-TOF MS/MS).Eleven cyclic peptides in PseudostellariaeRadix were separated by a reversed-phase C18 column using gradient eluteconditions. With the help of information dependent acquisition (IDA) mode anddynamic background subtraction (DBS), the interference of background ion waseliminated, and the MS/MS spectraogram of 11 cyclic peptides and accuratemolecular mass were acquired. |
