硅铝铁合金中硅、铝、铁的快速测定

摘    要:试样以硝酸、氢氟酸溶解后,用硼酸配位络合过量的氢氟酸,定容后,移取部分用钼蓝光度法测定硅含量。另取部分加高氯酸加热冒烟驱除去硅和氟,消除干扰,加过量的EDTA标准溶液与铝络合,用锌标准溶液滴定过量的EDTA标准溶液,加入氟化铵释放出与铝络合的EDTA,再用锌标准溶液滴定,求得铝含量。以三氯化钛一重铬酸钾滴定法测定含铁量。

Fast Determination of Silicon, Aluminium and Iron in Ferrosilico-aluminium Alloy

Abstract:After the sample was dissolved with nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, boric acid was used to complex superfluous hydrofluoric acid. After the volume was fixed, the molybdenum-blue photometric method was used to determine silicon content in some part. Perchloric acid was added to another part to heat it and make it smoke to remove silicon and fluorin, eliminating interference. Excessive EDTA standard solution was added to complex aluminium and standard zinc solution was used to titrate excessive EDTA standard solution, then ammonium fluoride was added to release EDTA complexed with aluminium, and then standard zinc solution was used to titrate, to get the content of aluminium. Finally, the titanium trichloride-potassium dichromate titrimetric method was used to determine the content of iron.
