纳米TiO_2/壳聚糖催化超声降解染料废水

摘    要:制备了纳米二氧化钛/壳聚糖复合材料并利用IR、XRD对其结构进行了剖析,以甲基橙超声降解反应为模型,研究了纳米TiO2/壳聚糖催化超声降解染料废水的性能,结果表明在TiO2/壳聚糖催化下甲基橙超声降解的效果非常明显,在超声波频率40kHz,输出功率50 W,催化剂用量1.0 g/L,pH为7.0,60 min降解率可达到90%以上,纳米TiO2/壳聚糖催化超声降解有机污染物的方法具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Nano-TiO2/chitosan ultrasonic degradation catalysts was synthesized and its structure characteristics was analyzed by IR and XRD.Ultrasonic degradation of methyl orange in the presence of nano-TiO2/chitosan catalyst were studied.The researched results indicate the effects of ultrasonic degradation were more obvious in the presence of 1.0g/L nano-TiO2/chitosan irradiated with the ultrasound of 40kHz frequency and 50W power input about 60 min and the degradation rate of methyl orange can get to 90%(pH=7.0).Th...
