低流速传热管内的自动清洗及其传热强化技术

摘    要:数量最多的低流速列管式传热设备的污垢问题最严重。在本研究塑料螺旋自动清洗和传热强化技术中,吸取了钢丝螺旋具有自动清洗和传热强化双重功能、流体阻力小的优点,采用塑料解决钢丝螺旋难以解决的对管壁磨损问题,又在结构设计中将塑料螺旋固定在塑料内管上,同时解决塑料螺旋的刚性问题和减少流体面积增大管内实际流速的问题。

Abstract:The fouling problem is the most serious for the shell - tube heat exchangers of low flowing velocity,whose number is the largest.The new technology with plastic spiral has not only the advantages of self- removing fouling,enhancing heat transfer,low flowing resistance and solving the wear and tear problem but also improve the rigidity of the plastic spirals and actual flowing velocity by modifying the structure design,i.e.mounting the plastic spiral around a plastic inner tube.
