生化法处理难降解混合化工废水的研究

摘    要:采用厌氧水解与活性污泥处理方法对经预处理的含有酚类、苯类和蒽醌类的混合化工污水进行了处理研究。实验结果表明:当厌氧水解的水力停留时间为9h时,经水解酸化,废水的m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)可提高34.2%,当上流式厌氧滤池进水CODCr的质量浓度为700~900mg/L,总水力停留时间为36h的条件下经厌氧水解-好氧处理,出水CODCr去除率达56.8%,色度,SS,BOD5去除率分别为93.8%,55.9%,87.6%。

Abstract:A treatment of pre treated mixed chemical wastewater containing phenol, benzene, anthraquinone, etc. using anaerobic hydrolysis and activated sludge method was tested. The results of the test showed: when the HRT of the anaerobic hydrolysis was 9 h, the m(BOD5)/m(CODCr) of the hydrolyzed and acidified wastewater increased by 34.2%; when the ρ(CODCr) of the inlet water of the up flow aerobic filter tank was 700~900 mg/L and the total HRT was 36 h, the CODCr removal rate of the outlet water after anaerobic hydrolysis aerobic treatment reached 56.8%, the removal rates of colourity, SS and BOD5 being 93.8%, 55.9%and 87.6%respectively.
